Our business is growing and we’re looking to grow our team!

We are one of Australia’s most successful yacht brokerage and yacht importation houses representing Beneteau Yachts and powerboats as well as Amel Yachts across our two businesses, Vicsail Sydney and Flagstaff Marine.

We are looking to grow our sales force so we are seeking either an experienced broker or an impressive candidate who wants a future in Yacht Sales and Marketing.

Proactive and motivated
Yacht or power boat selling background would be ideal
Sales or marketing experience with a proven track record of success
Excellent computer skills, including email, Excel, ACT – CRM
Ability to sail and drive yachts or power boats is essential
A friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
Enjoy an incentive based income with unlimited income earning potential
Must be available to work Saturdays
