QLD - New and used Boat Broker

Flagstaff Marine Queensland is looking to expand our team of brokers. We are seeking an experienced salesperson in the boating industry, to join our expanding team

Flagstaff Marine is the exclusive importer of Group Beneteau’s new Excess catamarans and for the Beneteau inboard powerboats including the Gran Turismo and Swift Trawler ranges and the Lomac of Milan range of Rigid Inflatables.

We are slso an active brokerage selling an array of yachts, power boats, RIB’s and catamarans.

  • A confident personality with good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, plus sound computer skills word, excel, CRM are essential.
  • You will be working from our Runaway Bay Marina office and on the road covering SE Queensland
  • The job involves both weekend work and attendance at boat shows and you will need your own car, plus a boat Licence.
  • Remuneration is via a generous commission.

NSW - New and used Boat Broker

Flagstaff Marine is Australia’s leading yacht brokerage and yacht importation house representing Beneteau Sail and Beneteau Power, Amel Yachts and Groupe Beneteau’s new EXCESS catamarans and Lomac rigid Inflatables

We are looking to grow our sales force and are seeking either an experienced broker or an impressive candidate who wants a future in yacht sales and marketing. Location Sydney Harbour or Pittwater.

  • Proactive and motivated
  • Yacht or powerboat selling background would be ideal
  • Sales or marketing experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent computer skills, including email, Excel, ACT – CRM
  • Ability to sail and drive yachts or power boats is essential
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
  • Enjoy an incentive based income with unlimited income earning potential
  • Must be available to work Saturdays
