DAY 0 – A Flagstaff team member and Beneteau technician will complete a full check of the boat and operating systems.
DAY 1 – Together we run you through a complete check of the boat and purchase order, followed by a christening and champagne celebration.
DAY 2 – Owner briefing of all systems.
DAY 3 – Today we take you out for sea trials so you can become acquainted with your new boat on the water.
DAY 4 and beyond – Flagstaff will continue working with you until you are familiar with every aspect of your new yacht.
The Beneteau Premium Services team is also on hand to assist with any after-sales enquiries.
Loving the European summer scene?
After completing our extensive five to seven day handover, you will be completely comfortable sailing your yacht. We provide you with valuable insight into the local waters so you can enjoy the best of the world’s most pristine destinations.
Our extensive network can help with winter storage and maintenance. All you need to do is hop on a plane and your yacht will be ready for your next adventure.
Once you’re ready to bring your Beneteau back to Australian waters we can quote on transporting your boat. Or, we can help you map out the adventure for you to sail back. We also help out with Australian registration.
Or if you decide to sell, we can arrange the sale and organise a buyer to collect your yacht in Europe.
