New Listing so bring the kids, bring the friends, bring the tubes! The 212SC, STINGRAY's largest deck boat at just under 22 feet, is a breath of fresh air to the deck boat marketplace. In true deck boat style, the spacious floor plan is maximized with an open floor plan. The onboard changing room can double as a head compartment with the addition of the optional porta potti option. Hidden storage in the side-entry steps, beneath the seats, and below the cockpit floor provides plenty of room to store the necessities, leaving more room in the cockpit for friends and family. The service friendly outboard combined with the full fiberglass floor liner makes any type of maintenance a breeze. Let's go boating!

A boat with a 12-person Stingray-212SC capacity such as the 212SC will often have large groups on board, and those groups feature a wide cross section of the population -- some very young, others more experienced in life -- which leads to the first tenet of successful boat design: It must be easy to board. And Stingray's first true outboard-powered deckboat gives guests three ways to be welcomed aboard safely. First, there's the huge, wide-open bow deck that retains the beam of the boat all the way forward. Then there is the large rear swim platform that's more than just an afterthought, as is the case on some other outboard-powered models. And both ways are great if you are boarding from a floating dock. But many docks are old-school, fixed, wood platforms that can be quite a bit higher than the boat, especially at low tide in coastal areas. The 212SC solves the dilemma with an amidships walkaboard that includes a wide, nonskid section of the gunwale to get you started, followed by two wider steps down before you reach deck level.

There's plenty of passenger real estate, including an L-lounge in the cockpit and twin lounges up front. Stingray-212SC The port-side bow sofa is designed for upright passengers, since there's no forward-facing lounger backrest. There's a recliner lounge to starboard with lots of legroom, but like the rearward-facing port-side Cleopatra couch in the cockpit, it could use a little more backrest recline to achieve perfection. Few boats of this size have the refreshment storage capacity as Stingray's flagship Deck Boat. Both port-side boarding steps flip up to reveal coolers. The upper one can also be dry storage, and the lower tier conceals a standard Igloo Marine 25-quart cooler that has a lid that can be attached to the step for ease of use. At the bow, under the step-up to the massive bow deck, there's a huge beverage tub with a wide lip to prevent sloshing. Even without filler cushions, the port-side and bow step-ups make decent places to sit, if you don't mind becoming the de facto beverage passer-outer. And after all that hydration, having an adult-worthy head compartment in the driver's console spells relief. Adjacent to the amidships steps is a compact entertainment center with a sink, spigot and concealed trashcan/storage area.

The 212SC is well suited for watersports with a stainless steel ski pylon. There is storage under the settees with vents to prevent green, fuzzy things from growing. These compartments are long enough for skis, but there's no dedicated in-floor ski locker.

For anglers, the huge front deck is just waiting to be used in the pursuit of your favorite gamefish!
